Notice on the selection of scholarship for 2024 Spring and Autumn

Dear teachers and students,

  The selection of scholarship for 2024 Spring and Autumn is now underway。

一、Evaluation object

  The class of 2024 undergraduate students with financial difficulties from families will be given priority to the key guarantee groups issued by the central government。

二、Evaluation condition：

  Students whose families have financial difficulties and are unable to raise enough study expenses (including tuition and miscellaneous fees, accommodation fees, necessary living expenses and other study-related expenses), who meet any of the five funding criteria of Chunhua Qiushih Foundation。

(1) The annual per capita net income of rural households is lower than the rural minimum living security standard;The per capita household income of urban residents is lower than the minimum living security standard of local residents。

2. The student or his or her immediate family members have been ill for a long time and are still receiving treatment, are unable to work, have no other sources of income, and have proof of large medical expenses recently。

3. The student himself or his immediate family members is disabled, holds a disability certificate issued by the civil affairs department, is unable to work, and has no other sources of income。

4, the family has two or more students studying in high school and above grade, and no fixed financial sources。

5, single-parent families or orphans, and the guardian has no fixed financial sources。

3. Quota allocation and amount

  In 2024, 4 freshmen will be selected, 4,000 yuan/person/year. After the freshman receives the grant in the first year, the donor will conduct a renewal grant review every year. After passing the review, the donor can continue to grant until graduation。One student each from Seiko College, Mingde College, Qiushi College and Teri College。  

四、Online declaration process

1. Please fill in the grant application form through the student comprehensive data platform before October 13. Please refer to Attachment 1 for the specific application process。

2. Please ask the counselor and the college to pass the comprehensive data platform of students before October 15http://stu.xuanyuzg.com Complete counselor audit and college audit。See Annex 2 for specific operation methods。

3.The Student Service Center will send the recommendation list to Shanghai Chunhua Qiushi Public Welfare Foundation according to the college, and the donors will organize the selection. The final selection results will be announced and feedback to students。

V. Other matters

  Due to the time requirements of the donors, considering that the identification of family economic difficulties in this academic year has not been completed, the colleges are requested to give priority to recommending the key protection groups issued by the central government。
